Forest Bathing Retreat

10am-4.30pm

Forest Bathing is a gentle but extremely effective way to slow down, reflect, and connect. A Forest Bathing session provides precious time out from daily life to reconnect with yourself and the wider web of life that we all reside within. Experience a gently guided walk through the woodland as the seasons change and Autumn arrives. This walk is an invitation to see yourself reflected in the cycle of rebirth associated with this time of year, honouring however you bring yourself to this moment. Jody will hold a safe and clear space in which to explore a variety of mindful practices connecting you with the natural world. As you drop into nature's pace, your perception will shift, causing your nervous system to relax and regulate.
THE DAY:
10am-11am Arrival check in- refreshments
11-1:30pm walk and forest bathing session
1:30-2:20 lunch
2:30-4pm Sauna/ reflective journaling/ treatment time
4pm closing fire ceremony
JODY WHITE-
Jody White is a writer, designer, musician and forest therapy guide. His mission with this work is to reconnect humans to the wider web of life that we are all a part of. He has worked with ceremony, land energy, and the dreaming body for over fifteen years. He is a qualified shamanic practitioner, and has completed trainings in yoga, energy work, and nature-connection amongst many other things. His passion is for broadening perspectives beyond the physical. He currently assists on Angharad Wynne's Dadeni program, a three-year long journey into the reawakening of native animist practices, which he also completed in 2023.

HELINA-
Helina is a Remedial Sports Massage therapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (currently in her final year of training) specializing in somatic embodiment and trauma-informed care. Her unique approach integrates the physical precision of sports massage with internal healing using mind-body dialogue.
With a four-year background in Sensory Herbalism and an extensive career as a professional circus performer, Helina offers a multi-layered perspective on how emotions manifest in the body. She focuses on the body-land connection, guiding clients through their internal landscapes to achieve deep functional recovery and embodied freedom
