We are very excited to be launching our wellness days @frithmeadow throughout 2026. 

They are the perfect voucher for those loved ones you just can’t work out how to spoil. 

These workshops are the perfect way to top up your own cup, which is all too important during the darker winter months. 

Saturday 24th January 

10-4:30 We will be hosting  singer, composer and creative practitioner Liv  @voice_yoga_uk who uses the voice to connect you to your true self. 

We will be spending the whole day leading us through her voice yoga journey. We will be guided through a welcome circle, Singing walk, nourishing lunch followed by a Voice yoga ceremony round the fire.

Sunday 25th January 

10-2:30 will be hosting Pippa who creates vegetarian and vegan Indian food from @lockdowndhaba 

We will get the chance to see how Paneer is made, taught how stuffed paratha are created and then all get the chance to make them ourselves. 

A feast from our creations and curry created by @lockdowndhaba alongside pickles and yogurt.

Wednesday 11th February 

10-12:30 will be hosting Alice @alicedrawstheline who will be teaching us how to use watercolours, helping us build up confidence with using the paint we start to play about with green botanical motifs. As this is an introductory workshop we work with leaf shapes and motifs (rather than accurate botanical illustration style work) and start combining these different shapes together. 

All kit is included, and yours to keep.

Friday 20th March

11-3pm will be hosting Marion from @silvanskincare who creates gentle, effective skincare handmade in the UK. Her products are all Vegan and cruelty free. 

We will learn how to blend our own face oil to suit our skin type. A nourishing lunch. A Gua Sha facial tutorial will give us a chance to drain the lymphatic system.
